LPG Pressurization Station

Need

Pressurized liquid samples have specific handling requirements to produce accurate data when injected on a gas chromatograph. The liquid sample head pressure must be sufficient to prevent the sample from vaporizing, the samples must be filtered to prevent particulates from damaging valves on the instrumentation, and samples must be drawn from the bottom of the cylinder to ensure no gas is introduced into the sample stream. The LPG Pressurization Station fulfills all of these requirements in one, compact package.

Differentiation

The LPG Pressurization Station has a built-in regulator to maintain cylinder head pressure, keeping the sample in liquid phase as it is drawn down, as well as providing a sturdy base to keep the cylinders upright while sample is drawn off the bottom. Prior to entering the analyzer, samples pass through a built-in filter to remove particulates so that delicate components downstream are protected.
